At Mantegani, every piece is made to order. We are a small independent manufacture, and we choose this path deliberately:
Rather than competing with mass production from large industry groups, we focus on quality and meticulous attention to detail. Every ring is special, crafted with care, and meant to carry meaning.
Payment & Cancellation
Full payment at the time of order: your piece is reserved as soon as payment is completed.
Cooling-off period: you have 14 calendar days after placing your order to cancel and receive a full refund.
After 14 days: your ring enters into final production; no refunds are possible.
Production & Delivery Timeline
Production time: up to 1 month.
Shipping time: allow up to 2 additional weeks depending on your location worldwide.
👉 Plan for approximately 1 months and half maximum between payment and receipt of your ring.
Updates: we will keep you informed of key milestones and provide your estimated shipping date.
Ring Size Adjustment
If the size you chose turns out too small when you receive it, you have 14 days after receipt to return the ring for a size adjustment.
Refunds are not available after production—a one-time adjustment is offered instead.
Shipping and return costs are covered by Mantegani once for this adjustment.
